(Saudi National Only) Grade: G5 Location: Al-Majma’ah Working hours: full time Advert closing: 23/03/2026 Responsibilities Within the Air Traffic Controller Training Department, the Job Holder is to: The Job Holder will assume responsibility for one or more of the following Air Traffic Controller Training Phases: ICAO 051 Induction – Air Traffic Control. ICAO 052 Aerodrome Control. ICAO 053 Non-Radar Approach Control. ICAO 054 Radar Approach Control. Ensure that the company not be put at risk legally; its reputation is not damaged and the Company satisfies the customer’s needs per the LOA3 agreement Apply Company procedures for Systems Approach to Training and Training Governance. Apply Company procedures for configuration control of curriculum and courseware, including preparing documentation recommendation and supporting data for curriculum or courseware changes as required. Review courseware and proposed development plans. Knowledge of the Preparation of timetables, scheduling and instructor allocation using the TMIS and FlighPro Systems. Raise reports on the performance of individual cadet’s, classes, and simulations on departmental performance as required. Ensure effective use of the TMIS / LMS or Ispring systems to maintain accurate, up to date, comprehensive, orderly and easily accessible training records. Counsel Cadets on academic matters according to approved Technical Studies Squadron and Departmental procedures. Prepare and invigilate Tests, Assessments and Examination approved Technical Studies Squadron and Departmental procedures. Provide an environment that encourages independent learning and a military ethos. Provide management feedback to improve service performance, responsiveness and identify opportunities. Provide departmental personnel with professional guidance. Undertake all mandatory and developmental training as required by the Company. Adhere to acceptable standards of behavior, dress and performance as defined in Company policy. Any other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate by the Company Job Requirements: The Job Holder is required to have knowledge and experience as follows: • Minimum of Three Years as an ATC Instructor or OJTI experience in an Aviation Training Organization. • Have held a valid rating endorsed in the discipline in which he will instruct for a period of at least Three years issued by an ICAO Contracting States in the following ratings: o Induction – Air Traffic Control (ICAO 051). o Aerodrome Control (ICAO 052). o Non-Radar Approach Control (ICAO 053). o Radar Approach Control (ICAO 054). o RSAF Air Traffic Controller endorsed and validated in the following Air Force Specialty codes:  AFSC 1523.  AFSC15290.  AFSC15270. • Preferably an Air Traffic Control Instructor with a minimum of 2 years within the ATC Department at the KFAA.
