Raytheon Australia: Modernising Air Defence Air Traffic Systems (ADATS) Capability Assurance Program. Raytheon Australia is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join ADATS. This program is modernising air traffic control infrastructure across RAAF sites nationwide. As an Electrical Engineer you will play a vital role in integrating and implementing system upgrades across RAAF sites. Working within a skilled technical team, you will be integrating new COTS systems and updating infrastructure while maintaining operational integrity throughout the transition. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement electrical modifications for system upgrades. Develop and execute system integration of power distribution and communications cabling. Conduct technical assessments and verification testing of integrated systems. Create and review engineering documentation including modification procedures and technical specifications. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve complex integration challenges. Qualifications, Experience and Skills University Degree in Electrical Engineering with networking experience considered beneficial. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience in systems integration or implementation. Demonstrated experience in electrical design and system modifications. Strong knowledge of electrical and data interface standards (RS232, RS422, USB, Ethernet, etc.). Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision on complex technical projects. Desirable: Experience in Defence projects or systems engineering environment. Familiarity with military standards, AS3000 and other standards.
