Description
Minimum duration : 2 months About the Role We are looking for a motivated law student to join our legal team in Luxembourg. You will support day-to-day corporate legal operations, with a strong focus on drafting resolutions and managing RCS filings, while gaining broader exposure to corporate governance and compliance in an international environment. This is a great opportunity to build practical legal skills and contribute meaningfully from day one. Key Responsibilities Draft a high volume of corporate resolutions (board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, written decisions) across a diverse portfolio of entities. Manage RCS filings and updates: incorporations, director changes, share transfers, registered office changes, etc. Track pending RCS registrations to ensure timely completion and accuracy of corporate records. Assist with the preparation of various corporate documents and support general company secretarial duties. Contribute to compliance and due diligence processes, including AML/KYC requirements. Your Profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Business Law, or a related field. Prior exposure to a legal or corporate environment is a plus, but not required. Basic understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and RCS procedures, or a strong willingness to learn. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organised approach — essential given the volume of documents handled. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, eager to take on responsibility. Why Join Us? A dynamic and collaborative work environment in the heart of Luxembourg’s financial hub. Exposure to diverse investment structures and a fast-evolving industry.
