Required Experience:

7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably within (Re)insurance.
Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, resource planning and financial management.
Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution, including shaping the approach where the path forward is not fully defined.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across functions, regions and seniority levels in a complex global organization.
Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.
