Overview:
Together Women’s Health is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Performance Improvement Specialist to identify, analyze, and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the front-end revenue cycle process. This role collaborates with corporate team members, executives, and partner practices to evaluate performance metrics, identify process gaps, and implement best practices, ultimately driving improvements in the front-end revenue cycle process.
Additionally, the RCM Performance Improvement Specialist will work directly with the clinical technology team to help support “Go-Live” RCM training.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual, have exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Athena EMR is a plus. Previous experience in healthcare management service organization operations is preferred. Together Women’s Health is looking for strong performers who can handle tasks both big and small and are comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
