Description Location: Monticello, Illinois Schedule: FT 32 hours weekly Shift: KMC Active Coaching/High School Sports Coverage Job Summary: The Athletic Trainer evaluates and treats patients following athletic injuries. He/she also assumes administrative duties as delegated by the department manager. The Athletic Trainer evaluates on-field, on-court injuries and treats sports injuries making referrals as appropriate. In the clinic setting the incumbent functions as Physical Therapist Aide. In the gym the incumbent functions as a Coach. Responsibilities
The Athletic Trainer evaluates and treats athletic injuries on-field and on-court while making necessary referrals. Additionally, the role involves functioning as a Physical Therapist Aide in the clinic and as a Coach in the gym.
