DESCRIPTION:

The Inventory Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all the investigations/cycle counts, and resolution of inventory discrepancies in the daily and/or yearly operations. Overseeing & Assigning tasks to the Cycle Count and Ghost/Damage Team. Allowing the correction of discrepancies of inventory after a diligent investigation and reporting the motives and cause of mistakes for corrective actions with the different departments of the company.
The Inventory Management Supervisor is responsible for always maintaining the accuracy of inventory and has a key role in prioritizing and resolving any issues in the warehouse. The Inventory Investigation’s Manager must make sure that the teams are following the correct break schedule and following all protocols and regulations regarding safety and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Manage Cycle Count/Ghost & Damages team.
Utilize software to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
Schedule, organize and participate to cycle counts
Produce data and necessary training and formation to the team members to be able to perform their task with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Communicates and develops process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them).
Work closely with the picking team, the Receiving team, and the replenishment team, and create accountability in all IM and Production departments.
Adjust out Damaged products /ship out damaged products Per Client request
To complete any additional Task and Duty’s assigned
Strong warehouse background.

Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
Ensure proper and full-time use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
Operates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
Ensures that the work area is left clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
Assists in maintaining the sanitation, security, and safety of the warehouse.
High school diploma required; one year of related experience in shipping and receiving.
Organized thought process with high attention to detail with ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity.
Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
Comfortable using a PC with computer software packages, including Microsoft Office, and communicating effectively via email and phone frequently required
