As an Atlassian Solutions Architect at ProArch, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Atlassian tools and solutions to enhance team collaboration and project management. Your expertise will help organizations leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and more to improve their workflows and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Proven experience integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications and services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with coding/scripting (e.g., Python, Groovy) for automation or enhancement of Atlassian solutions is a plus.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-600, etc.) are highly desirable.

• Analyze client needs and design Atlassian solutions that enhance project management, team collaboration, and software development processes.
• Implement and configure Atlassian products, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
• Provide training and support to clients for effective use of Atlassian tools.
• Conduct architecture reviews and process assessments to recommend optimizations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Atlassian tools with existing systems and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with new Atlassian features, plugins, and trends to maintain expertise.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including demo presentations and solution proposals.
