As an Atlassian Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level Atlassian workflows that support global, “Follow the Sun” operations. You will integrate AI agents and blockchain data to enable secure, automated, and efficient processes across support teams. This role requires collaborating with technical teams, ensuring seamless tool integrations, and maintaining compliance and security standards. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and service quality, helping teams achieve real-time insights and robust, zero-trust operations. You will be expected to innovate with Atlassian tools, AI, and custom integrations, making a tangible impact across international projects. A combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving will define success in this position. \n Accountabilities Design, configure, and optimize Jira Service Management workflows, including SLA tracking, ticket routing, and shift handoffs. Integrate AI tools (e.g., Atlassian Rovo) and connect Atlassian platforms with blockchain or external systems to provide real-time insights and automation. Maintain compliance and security standards, including DORA reporting, AI guardrails, and incident response workflows. Develop and manage integrations between Atlassian tools, monitoring platforms (Prometheus, PagerDuty), and APIs using Forge, REST, or custom scripts. Administer Confluence knowledge bases to ensure structured content for AI ingestion and user accessibility. Act as a technical consultant for teams, enabling smooth operations and seamless communication between tools and platforms. Requirements 3–5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or Solutions Engineer (Jira Service Management, Cloud). Advanced proficiency in JQL, Jira Automation, and workflow schemes. Experience with AI-driven ITSM integrations (Atlassian Intelligence, Rovo, or similar). Scripting skills in Groovy, Python, or JavaScript for custom apps and integrations. Confluence administration experience, particularly for external-facing knowledge bases. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-100/400/420) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration ability, and comfort in a remote or distributed team environment.
