Position Overview Mellon Cyprus is seeking an ATM Software Specialist to join our FinTech team and work with leading banks across Southeastern and Central Europe. You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining modern ATM software solutions that ensure seamless customer service and secure transaction processing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and support ATM applications (NDC, KAL/K3A, ProCash). Integrate ATM solutions with EMV and ISO8583 systems. Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues promptly. Perform software upgrades, patches, and quality testing to ensure system reliability and security. Support the implementation, piloting, and rollout of ATM software solutions. Troubleshoot complex incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide effective resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to customize ATM functionalities. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements. Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM software development, integration, or technical support within banking or fintech environments. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ATM applications (NDC, KAL/K3A, ProCash). Understanding of EMV standards and ISO8583 transaction processing systems. Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis abilities. Experience with software upgrades, patching, and testing procedures. Soft Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Customer-oriented approach with attention to quality and reliability. Mobility: Availability for international travel across Mellon subsidiaries Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Experience working with regional or international banking projects. Familiarity with regulatory and security compliance standards in financial environments.
