This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an ATO Data Analyst in India. As an ATO (Account Takeover) Data Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting customer accounts by analyzing and interpreting large datasets to detect unauthorized access and identity-based threats. You will work closely with the Fraud Mitigation and security teams to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in account activity, supporting proactive threat detection and prevention. This role offers the opportunity to influence detection strategies, implement rule changes, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML techniques, and visualization tools to monitor trends and reduce ATO risk. The position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous learning are essential. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a secure and trustworthy experience for customers. Accountabilities: Analyze large datasets to detect account compromise, unauthorized access, and identity-based threats. Investigate ATO incidents, identify root causes, and recommend proactive prevention measures. Develop, implement, and refine detection rules and logic to continuously improve security measures. Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports to monitor ATO trends and measure mitigation effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Stay current on emerging ATO tactics, tools, and techniques to strengthen detection and prevention strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of experience in fraud analytics, cybersecurity, or data analysis, with a focus on account takeover or identity-based threats. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, automation, or analytics. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake). Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or statistical modeling techniques applied to fraud detection. Understanding of ATO patterns, credential stuffing, and identity-based attack vectors. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
