Join us.   Position: Avionics Test Technician   Location: Foothill Ranch, CA – Onsite Required   Position Description: DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the design, development, test andmanufacturing of intelligent, autonomous vehicles. The candidate will work in a vehicle development and manufacturing environment where projects are realized with the highest degree of commitment to quality and efficiency.    The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience testing avionics products. The candidate must have solid technical abilities, able to quickly analyze technical difficulties, isolate problems to the component level, and promptly resolve the problem as necessary.   Required Skills and Responsibilities: * Must have a strong background with electrical systems theory of operation, ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions * Must have the ability to assemble, modify, test, and other electrical components. * Execute test plans/procedures, collect test data, and report the results. * Solve manufacturability/product assembly issues by modularizing product * Reviewed schematics, Bills of Material, and PWB layouts. * Develop and perform acceptance testing of electronic assemblies, from board level to upper assembly box level * Ability to use test equipment such as multi-meters and aircraft systems specific related test equipment. * Follow specific tool control, FOD control, and safety guidelines and policies. * Exemplary communication skills. * Works independently with little to no supervision. * Able to perform assigned duties while wearing required PPE safety equipment. * Perform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, or employee(s). Education/Experience: * High School Diploma or GED. * 4-6 years’ relative work experience. * A & P License preferred Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Experience in theoretical and practical experience with robotic technologies. * Able to clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc.  * Experience with RC flying and modeling preferred but not required Clearance Level Required: US Person is required. No Security Clearance is required, but it is highly desired.   Travel: None required.   Working Conditions: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment to a warehouse environment.   Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs. * Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work. Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.   Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 Hourly rate depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the hourly rate, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
