Role Overview This position is responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, driving a strong compliance culture, and ensuring audit readiness for the Accounting to Reporting (A2R) financial vertical. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close Ensure timely preparation, review, and finalization of monthly and quarterly P&L and financial reporting to Kenvue US Corporate. Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accurate accounting of revenue, costs, and taxes. Perform analytical reviews against budget and prior year to ensure true and fair financial reporting as per agreed timelines. Support timely finalization of statutory and legal entity accounts. Controls, Documentation & Compliance Complete all documentation for month/quarter‑end reporting, including: ERP to Corporate reported financials sign‑off General Ledger (GL) tie‑out reports for P&L and Balance Sheet Monitoring and facilitation of Balance Sheet account reconciliations Controller’s review prior to corporate reporting Review and finalize Documented Control Matrices (DCMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Balance Sheet Reconciliation Matrix, and Hands‑Off Documents for all SOX cycles under A2R. Ensure 100% compliance with SOX 404 guidelines and support timely SOX testing as per the SOX calendar. Audit, Tax & Regulatory Support Provide financial information for: GST reporting Income tax audits Transfer pricing reports Carve‑out financials for external reporting Lead statutory accounts finalization and audits for the entity, including coordination with auditors, consultants, and internal teams. Supervise the treasury function. Support completion of Corporate Internal Audit (CIA) and statutory reviews through seamless coordination with CIA, PwC, Corporate Finance, and internal Finance teams. Lead the internal audit process for the entity in coordination with cross‑functional teams. Stakeholder Management & Governance Present quarterly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss to the Finance Director. Prepare financial highlights for quarterly Board Meetings and review them with the Corporate CFO. Prepare and support ACM presentations. Review legal entity reporting for US GAAP tax reporting requirements at a global level. Coordinate with the Legal team for Board meeting formalities. Qualifications & Experience CA with 3–4 years of experience OR B.Com + MBA / M.Com with 8 years of experience Preferred Background Experience in FMCG, Commercial Finance, or Big 4 audit firms Exposure to a Shared Services environment is an advantage Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to adapt to change and work proactively Strong cross‑functional coordination capabilities Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure Prior people management experience is an advantage but not mandatory If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation. Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst is responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring audit readiness, and maintaining a strong compliance culture within the A2R vertical. They will also manage stakeholder relationships, oversee statutory audits, and support tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
