The successful candidate will hold more than five years’ experience in a Chef role alongside experience in the catering/hospitality trade with a high level of customer service focus. Having a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery is desirable but drive and enthusiasm in your work is what we are looking for.

This role will be responsible for the delivery of our food services in the Atrium within our Grimsby HE building, leading the kitchen team and giving direction to ensure established standards are met. Working closely with the South Bank Catering Manager you will develop and deliver a menu and keep on top of the latest food trends to provide fresh ideas.
