We are seeking a highly motivated Supplier Quality Engineer with strong expertise in materials knowledge, supplier management capability, and systems/data analytics. This role combines technical proficiency with project leadership to drive supplier quality improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization across global operations. Responsibilities and Tasks • Project & Quality Management Lead and manage Supplier Quality Engineering projects from initiation to closure. Define and implement IQC procedures, dynamic sampling rules, and STC deployment strategies. • Data Analytics & Automation Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, web applications, and automated scripts for supplier quality data analysis. Drive automation initiatives to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort. • System & Infrastructure Management Maintain eSupplier (eCOA), SAP and IQCSPACE(SPC) system Manage and enhance supplier quality systems and maintain IT infrastructure for analytics tools. Ensure readiness and reliability of data platforms (Snowflake, Tableau, Linux systems). • Process Improvement Lead initiatives for SCM and SQN TAT reduction and IQC metric optimization. Kick off incoming DM/IDM material quality activities and drive supplier on CIP Provide analytical support during excursions and enable timely data-driven decisions. • Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with PDE, IT, PMO, material owners, and suppliers to integrate quality systems and resolve gaps. Conduct training and workshops to align stakeholders on quality standards and methodologies. Skills and Experience • Technical Expertise Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Snowflake for data analytics and automation. Strong understanding of Supplier Quality processes, IQC, STC, and SCM workflows. • Project Management Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within timelines. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Data extraction, analysis and reporting skills a plus Skilled in data correlation, trend analysis, and root cause identification. • Collaboration & Communication Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Data Analytics roles.
