The Attachments Coordinator is responsible for the organization of our attachments inventory. Responsible for maintaining an organized yard of attachments and assisting with inventory control including photo taking and uploading to our systems. This position works collaboratively with the Attachment Manager on all key responsibilities. Requirements Assist in creating attachment stock orders Oversees the arrival and unloading of all attachments Loads and unloads attachments Labels unit numbers on all attachments Takes marketing photos of attachments and works with marketing to upload photos to all marketing websites being utilized by Newman Tractor Communicates with Attachment Manager on attachment inventory levels Assist with monthly cycle counts on stock attachment inventory by section Performs yearly inventory of attachments Pulls all assigned attachments from inventory on accepted sales and rental agreements, stages attachments for service department Makes suggestions on any quality and/or design issues on attachments that needs to be reported to the manufacturer Identify any stock order shortages that needs to be reported to the manufacturer Works with service and attachment manager on any attachment warranty issues Keeps attachments and attachment area neat, clean, and organized at all times Assigns rack and ground locations to each attachment and loads location information in ERP Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions Basic computer skills with the ability to learn the internal database Strong organizational skills 5 plus years of experience in the Heavy Equipment/Attachments industry Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to effectively fill orders, assistance or equipment provided for heavier items Ability to work in all weather conditions Benefits 80 hours of paid vacation (prorated in year of hire) 401k with up to 4% match of total compensation HDHP & Co-pay medical plans with 80% of premium paid by employer for employee coverage (other coverages available) Voluntary coverages offered for Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, Accident & Critical Illness Company provided STD, LTD, and Life Insurance Yearly work boot allowance Company provided uniforms Other benefits can be discussed with eligible applicants Work Details Paid Weekly Work hours: 7am-5pm, Monday thru Friday Paid OT for hours over 40
