If so, joining the Star support team might just be the best career move you ever make. This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team of support staff who are committed to providing the best possible education for our pupils.

We want the best for all our children, to nurture and care for them and having an excellent attendance record at school contributes greatly to this goal. Working in partnership with parents, we can give pupils every chance of reaching their academic and social potential.
This role would ideally suit someone who has the experience of fostering relationships with families who face barriers bringing their children to school and you should have the ability to show empathy and understanding to support families to overcome these challenges.
Candidates are encouraged to contact the academy for a tour and a discussion with a member of our SLT. Please contact Rachel Partovi, Business Manager on rachel.partovi@highcrags.staracademies.org to arrange a visit.
If you are an excellent practitioner who is excited by this chance to make a profound difference to our pupils, we would welcome your application.
