QUALIFICATIONS

A Personal Support Worker certificate is required or equivalent experience
Experience providing personal care to clients with disabilities/complex care needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with complex clientele
Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
Must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle with proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance and drivers abstract acceptable to Traverse Independence
Computer skills (charting in database)
Valid Level C CPR/Standard First Aid Certification
Ability to pass a background check
