Rotating through the restaurant on a regular schedule to ensure pristine dining conditions Perform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty Aware of additional cleaning responsibilities and performing necessary upkeep on an as needed basis Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand COMPENSATION Beginning at $17.87 - $20.00/hr Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act The anticipated additional tip pool distributions may be in the range of $3.00 - 5.00/hr based on recent average sales data. Responsibilities
The Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant and providing a friendly experience to guests. They perform station opening/closing duties and maintain the restaurant's pristine dining conditions throughout their shift.
