REQ9875 Attendant, F&B (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The Attendant, F&B is responsible for supervising to an assigned area to ensure the highest level of food and beverage service delivery and guest relations through well-developed food and beverage skills, knowledge and experience, in accordance with the company’s vision, values and objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Skills in presentation and guest relations Adhere to Ccompany’s grooming standards at all times Maintain working order of equipment and workspace at all times Clean table and reset for service throughout service period Participate in training and other activities to facilitate high team performance Prepare equipment, station, stock, floor for service Maintain station/allocation coverage at all times Perform tasks in accordance to food hygiene standards and other regulations Assist in the preparation of food and beverage products Adhere to all Company policies and procedures Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time Education : Secondary school certificate or equivalent professional training Skills / Competencies: Ability to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis Ability to read and communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin / English. The Attendant, F&B is responsible for supervising an assigned area to ensure high levels of food and beverage service delivery and guest relations. This includes maintaining equipment, workspace, and adhering to hygiene standards while assisting in food and beverage preparation.
