Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and presentation.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a warm and professional service experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly using POS systems or manual methods.
• Provide menu recommendations, explain specials, and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure accuracy of service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies in assigned areas and minimize waste.
• Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, low supplies, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all health, safety, and OHS policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices at all times.
• Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly and ensure safe storage and usage.
• Support team members and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
