About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Attendant – Kids Club to join the resort’s Kids Club team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Welcome children and families to the Kids Club with a warm and professional attitude. * Register children for activities and ensure all required documentation and consent forms are completed. * Provide information to parents about programs, schedules, and safety protocols. * Assist in supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities. * Ensure children are safe, entertained, and cared for during their time in the Kids Club. * Support themed events, seasonal programs, and birthday celebrations. * Handle payments for Kids Club services, merchandise, and special programs. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and issue receipts. * Reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager. * Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment. * Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times. * Report any incidents or concerns promptly to management.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:   * High school diploma or equivalent; certification in childcare or hospitality is a plus.  * 1–2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or customer service (hospitality experience preferred).  * Basic cash handling and POS system experience.  * CPR and First Aid certification preferred.  * Friendly, patient, and energetic personality with strong communication skills.  * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
