SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of cleaning supplies and procedures
• Strong ability to follow verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Previous cleaning experience may be an advantage, but not generally required
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
• Be ready for flexible schedule
• Strong knowledge of all Hotel facilities, their service and working hours

  Κύρια ευθύνη του/της καθαριστή/-ια κοινόχρηστων χώρων είναι η παροχή ποιοτικών υπηρεσιών σε όλους τους χώρους Pubic Area των πελατών που υπερβαίνουν τις προσδοκίες των πελατών. Ο/Η καθαριστής/-ια κοινόχρηστων χώρων πρέπει να επιδεικνύει γνήσιο ενδιαφέρον για τους επισκέπτες, εξασφαλίζοντας παράλληλα φιλική, ασφαλή, αποτελεσματική και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση. Προκειμένου να παρέχει τα υψηλότερα επίπεδα προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών, μπορεί να ανατεθούν πρόσθετα καθήκοντα και ευθύνες ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες.

ΒΑΣΙΚΆ ΚΑΘΉΚΟΝΤΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΡΜΟΔΙΌΤΗΤΕΣ

• Είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθαριότητα των δημόσιων χώρων διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι δημόσιοι χώροι καθαρίζονται σύμφωνα με τα απαιτούμενα πρότυπα.
• Είναι υπεύθυνος για τη βαθιά καθαριότητα του δημόσιου χώρου στο τμήμα που του έχει ανατεθεί.
• Να τηρεί σχολαστικά τις τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας που αφορούν τον καθαρισμό, την απολύμανση και το στήσιμο στο δημόσιο χώρο.
• Είναι υπεύθυνος για το γενικό και βαθύ καθαρισμό των τουαλετών, των διαδρόμων, των καροτσιών, των ντουλαπιών και των caddies σύμφωνα με τις τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες.
• Είναι υπεύθυνος για τη δημιουργία και τη διατήρηση της καθαριότητας του δημόσιου χώρου επιθεώρησης του χώρου κάθε μέρα.
• Πραγματοποιεί την ημερήσια και βραδινή υπηρεσία σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα που έχει δημιουργηθεί από τη διεύθυνση καθαριότητας.
• Συνεργάζεται με όλους τους συναδέλφους και τα τμήματα για τη διευκόλυνση μιας ομαδικής ατμόσφαιρας.
• Να συνδράμει σε οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα απαιτούνται από τον διευθυντή ή άλλο μέλος της ομάδας διαχείρισης.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Attendant Pubic Area primary responsibility is to provide quality service in all Guest Pubic Area that exceeds Guest’s expectations. The Attendant Public Area must demonstrate genuine concern for Guests while ensuring friendly, safe, efficient and professional service. In order to consistently exceed Guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exceed Guest expectations of housekeeping services, responsible for the cleanliness of Public area by ensuring that Public area are cleaned in accordance with the required standards.
• Responsible for deep cleanliness of public area in the assigned section.
• Meticulously adhere to the standard operating procedures pertaining to cleaning, sanitization and set up in public area.
• General and deep cleaning of toilets, corridors, trolleys, pantries and caddies as per the standard procedures.
• Responsible of setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of site inspection public area each day.
• Complete daily and evening service according to the schedule created by the Housekeeping management.
• Develop a positive working relationship with all colleagues and departments to facilitate a team-oriented atmosphere.
• To assist with any other duties as required by the Director or another member of the management team.
