The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be self-directed and detail oriented. Candidates must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: The candidate will support personal injury cases with the oversight of other attorneys in the practice. Responsibilities will include handling client intakes, depositions, drafting and responding to pleadings, evaluating the merits of a personal injury claim, ascertaining experts, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, negotiating, settling, litigating cases, and actively preparing cases for trial under the mentorship of experienced trial attorneys.
