Advise on licensing, partnerships, and global deal strategy. Provide legal support for D&D Beyond, including digital and physical product marketplace, privacy, and community engagement. Counsel on digital game development and publishing, including IP, live services, and monetization. Support creator content, UGC, and open source/community standards. Provide clear, practical legal direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. J.D. and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Experienced, with 4-8 years in licensing, digital product counseling, UGC, open source, privacy, or interactive entertainment. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Able to prioritize effectively and pragmatically without over-lawyering. Proficient in French (a strong plus). Passionate about games, storytelling, and the D&D community.
