JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in Legal Representation: We have a proven track record of training attorneys in this area, so no prior experience in estate planning is required, although it is certainly a bonus.
- Licensed Attorney: You must hold an active bar license in Texas or a bar license from another state with reciprocity with Texas.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Since you’ll be interacting with clients regularly, excellent communication and empathy are crucial. You should enjoy working with people and have the ability to make complex legal concepts understandable to non-lawyers.
- Detail-Oriented: This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents and managing legal procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

As an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney at Robbins Estate Law, you are a key player in our mission to protect and serve families during some of their most challenging times. We understand that estate planning isn’t about money, it’s about family. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, goals, and desires, and craft personalized estate plans that secure their family’s future.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Consultation and Strategy Development: You will meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and objectives. This involves in-depth conversations to understand their family dynamics, financial situations, and long-term goals.
- Plan Design and Drafting: Using the insights gained from client consultations, you will design and draft comprehensive estate plans that include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other necessary legal documents, ensuring all details are meticulously covered.
- Client Education and Support: Educate clients on the specifics of estate planning and probate processes, providing clarity and peace of mind. You’ll help clients understand the implications of their decisions and guide them through complex legal landscapes.
- Representation and Advocacy: Represent clients in uncontested probate cases and other related legal proceedings. This includes preparation for court appearances and guiding them through an intimidating governmental process.
