Join Us and Make an Impact.  As a Attorney II at Honeywell, you will provide strategic legal advice and guidance across diverse legal matters, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and support for business initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents, including contracts, and making suggestions for alterations. You will also anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce areas of risk.   Key Responsibilities:   * Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters * Review and negotiate contracts to protect Honeywells interests, Conduct legal research and analysis to support business initiatives * Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards * Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation matters   Key Experience & Capabilities:   * Experience in providing legal counsel in a corporate environment * Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in multiple areas of law, including contract law, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory affairs   We Value   * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in a state bar * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong leadership, managerial, and team-building abilities to lead a legal team effectively and collaborate across departments         Who We Are   The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
