ATTORNEY Location: Louisville, KY 40222 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters. * Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions. * Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal forums. * Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance. * Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends. * Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
