Description Creditor's Rights firm seeks entry-level Attorney for high volume practice. License to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio is required. Attorney will need to appear for in-person court around the Louisville Metro Area and telephonic/virtual appearances statewide. Because this is an entry-level position, the candidate will be trained as appropriate. You are not expected to know everything but will be expected to learn and grow into the role. Duties include: *Negotiating with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases. *Legal Research *Handling a caseload and providing analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks. *Traveling to various courts within Indiana as legal representation in court hearings and other legal proceedings. *Working with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results. *Treating all consumers/defendants with fairness and respect while creating fair payment solutions that fit their financial situation. *Reviewing and drafting Legal Pleadings and Settlement Agreements Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401k Plan with company match.
