Description
Description The Role ProCo, LLC is a management services organization operating six integrated healthcare and legal services businesses across metro Atlanta. This position supports Fast Help, ProCo's attorney referral service line, which connects injured patients with qualified legal representation at the moment they need it most. The majority of calls are cold inbound — patients calling directly from branded websites with no prior contact. Occasionally calls arrive as warm transfers from the ProCo call center. Either way, you are the first real human interaction. Your job is to qualify the case, educate the patient, and place them with the right attorney partner — quickly, accurately, and at volume. This role sits on the patient side, not the firm side: you're placing patients with attorneys, not screening cases for a law firm. You report to the EVP of Sales, and your results are measured like it. What You'll Do Handle cold inbound calls as the first point of contact — quickly establish trust with patients who are often injured, stressed, and uncertain about their next step Qualify each case — liability, injury severity, coverage gaps, DUI involvement — and match the patient to the right attorney partner Educate patients on how attorney selection affects their case outcome and benefit protection, converting informed patients into placed referrals Own the referral pipeline end-to-end — attorney quotas, firm thresholds, and contract issuance — so every relationship stays current and nothing falls through Manage 20+ daily interactions across phone, text, and email with patients, clinic staff, paralegals, and law firms Maintain complete, audit-ready records in CRM, POS, and medical record platforms Represent Fast Help in quarterly attorney reviews and periodic firm meetings — you are the face of the relationship What Success Looks Like Inbound transfers are qualified and placed without delay — conversion rate is your north star Patients leave every interaction understanding their situation and confident in their next step Every attorney firm relationship is current, every threshold tracked, every contract issued on time Documentation is complete and accurate without being chased High daily volume never comes at the cost of placement quality or follow-through Who We're Looking For You've worked in a high-volume, relationship-driven environment where trust, urgency, and accuracy all matter simultaneously — legal intake, insurance, patient advocacy, or referral coordination. You convert conversations into outcomes and you never let a warm lead go cold. 3–5 years in legal intake, insurance intake, patient advocacy, or referral coordination — managing 50+ active accounts simultaneously is the baseline A track record of hitting conversion or placement targets in a quota-driven environment — references will confirm it Comfortable navigating emotionally sensitive conversations with injured patients while staying focused and grounded Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM/case management systems Bilingual Spanish a significant advantage given our patient population Why ProCo Direct impact — every placed referral connects an injured patient with legal protection when it matters most Sales-driven culture with clear performance metrics, bonus potential, and direct visibility to senior leadership Growth path into attorney relations, referral development, or business development management Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) 25 years of market presence across metro Atlanta — the foundation is built, the growth is real Ready to convert conversations into outcomes at the intersection of healthcare and legal services?
