Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary About the role The Attraction and Engagement Senior Associate implements a business-driven strategy to identify, engage, attract and retain top early careers talent by strengthening relationships and collaborating with high schools, universities and direct candidates to increase applications, delivery a seamless experience and retain talent through the end-to-end recruitment process. Reporting to the Attraction and Engagement Manager to support the execution of the Attraction and Engagement strategy. What you'll do Support delivery of the Attraction and Engagement strategy across assigned North or South regions Provide operational support across multiple cities and offices; coordinate regional activities with universities and high schools Establish and manage relationships with high schools, universities, student societies, vendors, offshore partners, and managed service providers to enhance brand visibility and build talent pipelines Mobilise and drive engagement of PwC Ambassadors to ensure representation at events across regions Increase the quality of applications aligned to target audiences and improve overall candidate experience Plan and run recruitment expos, webcasts, campus workshops, and information sessions to communicate career opportunities and culture Collaborate across Early Careers and Talent Acquisition during peak campaigns, including candidate screening and planning/leading assessment centres Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless attraction and engagement experiences Support the team and business leaders through periods of change, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace What you'll bring Curious, future focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and a bias for experimentation and learning Empathetic, collaborative, user-first approach with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities Clear, effective communication skills across diverse audiences High attention to detail and careful execution to ensure accuracy in all tasks Skills in AI adoption to enhance efficiency and engagement Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to support teams through change Desired Experience Managing high school, university, and society relationships across multiple regions Event management and facilitation (expos, webcasts, campus workshops, information sessions) Supporting recruitment campaigns, including candidate screening and assessment centre planning/leading Familiarity with Phenom, Workday, ChatPwC, Microsoft Teams/Project, and ServiceNow Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, business leaders, vendors, and offshore partners How you'll measure success Increase the quality and diversity of applications aligned with target audiences across regions. Deliver high quality, well attended events with strong participant and stakeholder feedback. Strengthen and expand relationships with schools, universities, and partners to build sustainable pipelines. Ensure consistent PwC Ambassador representation at events; improve engagement and participation rates. Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, clear information, and inclusive practices. Execute recruitment campaigns efficiently with accurate screening and fair, well-run assessment centres. Operate with high attention to detail and effective use of systems and AI tools to improve accuracy and productivity. Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication with key stakeholders while supporting the team through change.
