What you’ll do: Support the execution of the Attraction and Engagement strategy, reporting to the Attraction and Engagement Manager. Provide operational support for either a North or South portfolio, encompassing multiple cities and offices, while collaborating closely with universities and high schools throughout those regions. Support the delivery and execution on the attraction and engagement strategy to effectively target, attract and retain high-calibre Graduates, Vacationers and Trainees from diverse backgrounds across multiple regions. Establish and manage relationships with high schools, universities and vendors across multiple regions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen talent pipelines. What we’re looking for: Experience within managing high school, university and society relationships (preferred). Experience in event management and facilitation (preferred). Stakeholder engagement.
