Our massive, state-of-the-art facility features two multi-level racetracks, bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, mini golf, a full-service restaurant and bar, and more exciting attractions. • Operate and monitor attractions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests.
• Assist guests with proper instruction, ensuring attractions are properly used and following all safety procedures.
• Collect or confirm payment from guests and provide necessary instructions for accessing attractions.
• Enforce height, weight, and age restrictions for attractions to ensure compliance for the safety of all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including attraction areas, restrooms and seating areas.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on attractions, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the management or team leads.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow emergency protocols and procedures in the event of an accident, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests.
• Assist with crowd control and line management during peak periods to maintain order and ensure efficient operation of attractions.
• Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on safety protocols, updated procedures, and Speeders policies.
• Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as daily checklists, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
