Atura Adelaide Airport is looking for an exceptional Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!
As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience while driving revenue growth and maintaining cost controls.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and meeting spaces, ensuring seamless service delivery.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve high standards of customer service and efficiency.

- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to deliver creative and memorable dining and meeting experiences.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets, to achieve business goals.

- Maintain a strong focus on compliance, food safety, and WH&S standards.

- Build and maintain relationships with guests, airport patrons, and the local community to promote the hotel’s F&B offerings.
