Ideal Candidate Profile What You'll Bring (Experience) Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field required Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, and chart of account Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and data management Experience supporting multiple clients or accounts is highly advantageous Experience with Australian business Willing to work on site- BGC Day shift About You (Soft Skills) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Analytical and proactive in resolving discrepancies Strong communication and collaboration skills Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Committed to delivering accurate and high-quality work Your Impact Starts Here Bookkeeping & Financial Records • Record financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and invoicing activities • Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records for multiple clients • Process invoices, receipts, and supporting expense documentation • Ensure timely and accurate data entry across accounting systems Reconciliation & Reporting • Assist with bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, journals, and client summaries • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies when they arise Payroll & Compliance Support • Assist with payroll processing and year-end payroll reporting requirements • Support BAS, IAS, and TPAR reporting activities as required • Ensure financial records remain compliant and up to date Client & Systems Support • Assist with Xero client setup, migration, and conversion projects • Support client onboarding and system training initiatives • Communicate with clients and the Australian team regarding bookkeeping requirements and financial information Team Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient accounting operations • Provide general administrative and finance support when required • Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment ABOUT US @ TGT GLOBAL As a Great Place to Work® certified company with top ratings given by our teams, we make sure our people enjoy more than just a job.
