Setup and Location: WFH Work Schedule: 09:00 AM to 06.00 PM AEST Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? This is a project role that performs and owns key functions inside Intuit Technologies. The ownership, responsibility, administration and improvement of internal contracts. These are generally defined as CNET agreements, but this covers other agreements as well. Utilising IT skills to create automation and improve efficiencies within the agreements space. A high level of discretion is expected in the role with interaction between all levels of the business. Attention to detail is pivotal to ensure there is no disruption in the systems and therefore the running of day-to-day activities. This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge, or abilities associated with this classification, but it is intended to reflect the principal job requirements. What You’ll Do A. Internal Contracts (Agreements) 1) Agreements Processing of agreement opportunities Invoicing of monthly agreements Set up of new agreements Making changes to agreements for additions or deductions Reviewing expiry dates Managing the “agreements” board in ConnectWise Attending to all internal inquiries relating to agreements 2) Management of agreement-related invoices/additions (Licenses, Cloud usage) Reconciliation of invoices from suppliers to agreements Ensuring that all appropriate products we are billed for are billed to customers. Approval of all invoices that are related to agreements Manage the shared folder with vendor invoices Review client Charging vs Consumption- Perform monthly analysis of client consumption to capture any increase or decrease over and above the original value purchased Communicate with the internal teams where a significant increase or decrease is identified 3) Invoicing of non-monthly products, such as annual agreements Domain name renewal Annual hosting Domain hosting SSL certificate billing 4) License Reconciliations Manage pricing updates from vendors and ensure agreements are updated Licenses management (TAM, Rhipe, Synnex, Dicker Data & Appriver) Monthly software usage reporting (such as from Rhipe for products including Citrix, SPLA, Veeam, VMware) B. Relationships and Communication 1) Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders in the company to ensure that you can effectively communicate 2) Process improvement and documentation management/writing. KPI: Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships. C. Innovation, Efficiency, and Workplace Behaviors1) It is important that this role contributes to overall efficiency, productivity, and is the ambassador for the usage of Intuit Technologies systems and processes to provide the best possible customer experience. 2) This includes assisting others in understanding the importance of streamlined administrative processes and exhibiting workplace behaviors that reflect Intuit Technologies’ Code of Conduct and being and productive team member. Building automation into the agreements systems and maximizing efficiencies to reduce administrative duties. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: 2+ years’ experience with Australian contract management High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Can work under limited supervision Analytical and technical aptitude Ability to prioritize tasks and meet KPIs Well-developed and analytical problem-solving skills Willingness to work and a can-do attitude Strong focus on solving problems Willingness to learn and complete further study in related areas Methodical and disciplined approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting Exercise broad discretion in defining and solving technical problems.
