Who The Client Is: An organization of procurement specialists, focused on streamlining sourcing for complex engineering and IT projects. With experience across mid-sized and large businesses, it delivers practical, tailored solutions that save time, reduce risk, and drive value. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and coordinate software and systems development projects for two growing Australian businesses. This role acts as the operational bridge between executive stakeholders and the development team, ensuring structured, commercially sound delivery of digital systems and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders and development team. Run weekly project meetings and maintain structured action registers. Conduct discovery sessions and map end-to-end business workflows. Develop Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage agile sprint cycles and prioritise backlog. Coordinate API integrations and oversee system testing (UAT). Maintain project roadmaps, risk registers, and weekly reporting. Minimum 5 years as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Digital Transformation Lead. Proven delivery of SaaS or custom software platforms. Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion or similar tools. Process mapping capability (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro etc.). Experience managing offshore development teams. Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow automation. Client-facing executive communication experience. Exceptional written and spoken English. Strong documentation and structured thinking. Commercial awareness and scope control capability. Performance Indicators (First 6 months) Documented workflows for both businesses. Structured backlog and sprint cadence implemented. Defined executive dashboard roadmap. API integration roadmap documented. Clear weekly reporting rhythm embedded.
