They need a Remote Program Manager – AI & Automation who can connect people, processes, and platforms to drive seamless software delivery across Microsoft 365 and AI tools. About the Role You’ll be at the center of planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company's systems — from Digital and Compliance Robots to LLN and Skills platforms. It’s technical. Your Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end rollout of system releases Lead cross-functional coordination via Teams & SharePoint Use Dynamics 365 Sales as the single source of delivery truth Build Power Automate workflows to streamline the chaos Ensure documentation & client communication are rock-solid before each launch QA, test, and collaborate with the Programs Director to get things done Requirements About YOU 5+ years in program/project management in SaaS or software delivery Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, AI Builder, or ChatGPT APIs Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized with timelines Excellent communication and coordination skills About YOUR Work History You’ve delivered software projects, led remote teams, and improved delivery workflows through automation.
