Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be frequently guiding people on testing related topics, and reporting on all elements of the test process and phases. You will be required to demonstrate a breadth of experience working in a testing / quality engineering role, including the day-to-day activities of this job – test analysis and improvement, design and review, execution, defect management, reporting, leading small teams, contributing to planning and estimation, etc. This is a contract role covering an initial duration of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension beyond that. Essential Skills and Experience: * Strong test experience in all areas of the SDLC, including system, SIT or UAT * Hands-on experience with system upgrades, regression testing. * Experience with Payroll systems is highly crucial * Experienced with system and system integration testing * Experienced in traditional, iterative, or Agile development practices * Possess in-depth experience as a senior test engineer in all areas of the SDLC * Familiarity with tools, i.e Jira and Confluence. * Hands-on experience with SQL and API testing   Why Join NRI Planit?  You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, industry-leading experts, and clients who rely on us to deliver excellence at scale.
