As we continue to grow nationally, we’re on the hunt to fill 3 Business Leader vacancies in our Auckland network, ones who feel they are ready to make their mark on the Auckland hospitality scene. You have a minimum of two years’ experience in a senior management position, and as a result, you’re no stranger to working a in a busy hospitality environment with flexible hours across a 7 day roster including late nights, weekends, and where providing exceptional, consistent service for our customers is just what you do. Your day to day tasks will include managing completion of daily cash ups along with open and closing checklists, ensuring Health and Safety compliance is being completed and monitored while ensuring all hazards and incidents are reported correctly, dealing with customer complaints and escalating where required and working alongside your Head Chef to ensure menu compliance and costings. With a competitive hourly rate range of $29.90 to $42.70 with a minimum of 45 hours of work each week, this is an amazing opportunity to grow your skills and build experience with our amazing brand. To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a senior management position, delegating tasks, coaching and training BOH & FOH staff to meet common goals, and ensuring high standards of food quality, service and safety in a busy restaurant setting. Responsibilities
