Job Description As an Auction Administrator Executive you will be at the heart of the customer journey. You will be working directly with our Business Development team nurturing relationships with clients, solicitors, and auction houses whilst ensuring our valued auction clients receive exceptional service throughout their lending journey. You will work with a highly performing team with great energy and enthusiasm who are passionate to deliver positive customer outcomes. As an Auction Administrator Executive you will: Review and process auction applications, ensuring all required information are complete and accurate Verify client information, and process application details on the required loan operating system, to ensure compliance with internal requirements Work closely with Auction Sales Managers to gather any additional documentation or clarify details needed for loan processing and approval Deliver best-in-class service to our auction clients, prioritising their needs and satisfaction. Handle all data entry for new cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy Prepare case files for our Underwriting team to enable timely, accurate and appropriate lending decisions Oversee Auction inbox management and process information against the appropriate CRM record Provide administrative support for Sales channels, Operations and Underwriting including in any post funding requirements Work closely with key stakeholders to gather any additional documentation or clarify details needed for loan approval Maintain detailed records of all loan-related documents, ensuring they are filed and stored according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements Address or escalate any compliance issues or discrepancies identified during the processing phase. Identify opportunities to streamline the loan processing workflow and improve efficiency Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the speed and accuracy of loan processing, reducing the time from application to disbursement Qualifications Essential: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple loan files simultaneously whilst working at pace Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and internal teams Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Great opportunity for a colleague looking to build their career in Together and improve their understanding of sales and processing If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
