SUMMARY: This is an entry-level position primarily responsible for processing invoices, including sorting, heavy lifting, and labeling of materials. The position also involves the preparation and submission of trading cards to third-party grading services, with responsibility for tracking submissions and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties include assisting with the unpacking, tagging, and entry of property information into internal databases. LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-auction tasks: Enter item information into the computer system accurately Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting of items Post-auction tasks: Prepare orders for shipping in compliance with established procedures Ship orders immediately after auctions Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues Other duties may be assigned Requirements EXPERIENCE: General knowledge of trading cards preferred, but not required SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds daily Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Heritage Auctions welcomes and encourages applications from women, minorities, veterans, mature workers, and persons with disabilities.
