Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department. Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and manage appointments from internet leads, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns. Assess customer needs, preferences, and provide tailored vehicle recommendations. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the dealership's inventory. Guide customers through the sales process up to vehicle selection, ensuring a smooth handoff to Finance and Sales Managers. Follow up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Continuously update skills through training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications Sales experience in a commission or quota-driven role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications: Previous high-line or luxury automotive sales experience. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
