Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!   Why Work at Audi Dominion: * $17.00 hr * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and pet insurance * Paid Time off * Paid Maternity and Paternity leave (Parental Leave) * Company Paid $10,000 life insurance policy * Employee discounts on Vehicles, Service and Parts * Professional growth and development training on a quarterly basis.   Here is what you will be doing: * Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination * Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request * Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional service * Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns * Maintain a professional appearance always * Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy * Other duties as assigned   Here is what you will need: * High School Diploma/GED is required * 12p-9p M-F schedule with Saturdays from 11a-8p and a day off during the week. Flexibility to work 645a-345p if needed * Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. * Valid driver's license * Previous Receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Strong computer skills including usage of Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite * Flexibility in schedule, to accommodate business needs  
Responsibilities
The Receptionist will answer phones professionally, greet walk-in customers, and provide excellent customer service. Additional duties include taking messages and managing license plate logs.
