What's the role? As the Audience & Insights Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving audience engagement and best-practice channel implementation across our three NCA content agencies: Suddenly, Storyation, and MRCA. Reporting to the Content Strategy Director within the Client Innovation Hub, you will lead strategic responses for both existing clients and proactive pitches. Your primary focus will be to ensure our content solutions remain deeply audience-centric by delivering data-backed insights, implementing robust reporting models, and synthesising complex data into actionable strategies that enhance client success. Responsibilities Lead the creation of comprehensive audience and channel strategies that align with specific client business goals and target demographics. Utilise data and market research to identify emerging audience trends and behaviors, translating these findings into executable content plans. Analyse campaign metrics and develop dashboards to track audience engagement, providing teams with the "performance know-how" needed for continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert across various platforms—including social media, email, and digital advertising—to ensure cohesive brand experiences. Partner with channel, commercial, and content experts to develop standardized best practices and innovative engagement techniques across the agency. Support and mentor junior team members to deepen agency skill sets in SEO, social media, and reporting, while fostering a collaborative work environment. Who are you? You have a seasoned editorial eye and the ability to generate engaging content ideas across a wide range of topics and digital platform. You bring a strong background in branded content and have successfully managed complex audience-led strategies for various stakeholders. You are an excellent collaborator who can present complex insights to clients in an engaging and professional manner. You have strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to work, ensuring high attention to detail in every report and strategy.
