We’re looking for a full-time Audience & Community Executive to help take our engagement to the next level. You’ll play a key role in growing our fanbase, deepening our connection with followers, and turning casual viewers into loyal Supercar Blondie fans. This is an initial one-month contract, with the opportunity to extend or move into a permanent role. You’ll be based in Manchester, working hybrid with our UK team. This role isn’t just about managing platforms, it’s about shaping how our global audience connects with us. You’ll work across multiple channels, brands and new projects as we expand our reach and build new communities around the world. You don’t need years of experience, just great ideas, sharp instincts and genuine passion for cars, innovation, and online culture. If you live and breathe social media and know how to connect with people online, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Grow and engage our audience across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Shorts. Engaging with fans daily re,plying to comments, creating polls, running Q&As and celebrating fan moments. Start conversations and connect directly with fans through comments, community posts, DMs and more. Build and manage fan engagement campaigns that turn followers into dedicated supporters Spotting trends, memes and moments that keep our pages buzzing. Gathering insights and feedback from fans to shape what we do next What You’ll Bring A natural communicator who knows how to grab attention and keep people engaged Experience in social media, audience development or community building is a bonus. Basic video editing and subtitling skills to create short-form clips A deep understanding of YouTube, fandoms and digital communities Passion for cars, tech, innovation and online culture Strong instincts for what gets people to watch, share and comment. This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week based in our Manchester office.
