About the role As part of our continued expansion across the Asia-Pacific region, we are seeking a seasoned Audience Development Executive to join our growing events and audience engagement team. You’ll work across leading brands such as CRN and Computing, helping to recruit senior-level delegates for our in-person and virtual events. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, understands the nuances of executive engagement, and is passionate about delivering high-quality audiences for conferences, roundtables, and leadership forums. What you'll do Identify, recruit, and qualify senior-level IT and channel executives to attend our events. Build and manage local advisory boards to support event strategy and relevance. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media, articulating event themes and speaker insights. Maintain accurate records and ensure confirmed delegates are engaged and prepared to attend. Provide market feedback to internal teams on trends and engagement patterns. Support on-site event delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for delegates and sponsors. Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen audience networks. Attend conferences and networking functions across the APAC region as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in audience development, delegate acquisition, or stakeholder engagement. Highly organised, self-motivated, and goal-driven with strong attention to detail. Commercially aware with strong research and outreach capabilities. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa) is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally across Asia-Pacific (e.g., Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan).
