We have an exciting opportunity for a Service & Installation Engineer to join our team, you will need to be based in the Bristol area to cover the South West of the UK . We’re on the lookout for someone who’s been working in the AV, Networking or IT industry for a minimum of 2 years, and is looking for a reasonable level of responsibility as they continue to develop their career and manage their own workload. With this role, you’ll be working with and around clients, so communicating professionally is important. And if you’ve got a passion for digital technology - even better!
This role involves driving and occasional stays away so you must be comfortable with this.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Delivering on-site installations
• Service support of AV equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with AV and IT equipment, with the support of our UK helpdesk team
• Completing installation reports using our online systems
• Following the relevant Health & Safety codes of conduct
• Attending regional team meetings

Core hours are Monday to Friday, and in return for the above duties, you’ll be supported by a friendly and experienced team, as well as receive:

• £30-33k p/annum basic salary depending on experience in AV Installation
• An attractive quarterly bonus scheme
• Plenty of additional rates of pay evening and weekend overtime opportunities
