Responsibilities
  • Designing bespoke assistive audio and hearing loop systems for a diverse client base
  • Advising customers and distributors on product specification and system performance
  • Delivering remote technical support and troubleshooting for new and existing systems
  • Managing enquiries via phone, email and web chat in a customer-facing capacity
  • Preparing detailed design documents, CAD layouts and installation drawings
  • Creating technical quotes and proposals in response to tenders and project briefs
  • Conducting client meetings, technical training sessions and occasional site visits
  • Working closely with internal R&D, sales, and support teams to ensure system compatibility and client satisfaction
