Job Title: Audio Typist
Location: Northern General Hospital
Hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
• Microsoft office- word, outlook and excel
• Previous experience in typist role

Undertake administration functions for the department, such as data input, photocopying, filing, letter writing, etc.
Undertake accurate recording / inputting and amending of data within Trust information systems.
Communicate effectively with the use of tact and diplomacy, and seek to overcome barriers to effective communication.
Work collaboratively with the wider departmental team to ensure a consistent and effective Patient First service.
